Delivery Policy
1. Digital products only
All our products are software licenses delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
2. How and when you receive your license
As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute, you receive your purchase in two ways:
- Your license key, download link and invoice appear on your private purchase page.
- The same details are sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Some payments take longer to confirm. The purchase page updates by itself, and the email follows as soon as the payment is confirmed.
3. Didn't receive it?
If the email has not arrived within one hour:
- Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from support@southfacing.in.
- Make sure the email address you entered was correct.
- Write to us at support@southfacing.in with your name and payment ID. We resend the key, or correct the email address, within one business day.
If we cannot deliver within 3 business days of your email, you can get a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
4. Downloads and updates
Your private download link keeps working while your license is active, and always offers the latest release of your major version. Updates are announced by email and on our website.
5. Where we deliver
Delivery is electronic and available anywhere with internet access. At present, payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only.
